What's a Locavore?

Definition:

Someone who exclusively (or at least primarily) eats foods from their local farmers, growers and food sheds or a radius of 100 miles from their homes (250 miles depending on location).

Did You Know?

A new 4 year study done at Newcastle University in England found that wheat, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cabbage and potatoes grown organically had 20-40% more nutrients than conventionally grown food.
